Personally, I consider Skyrim to be a beautiful escape into a real Fantasy world. Sure other RPG’s will allow you to wear the shoes of a hero going on a grand adventure but none of them feel as “table-top” as Skyrim does. I think this element is the key to its draw (gamers like myself are drinking the Kool-aid hardcore) along with the beautiful real-time scenery, the impressive dialogue and the lack of loading in the massive... 

Holy S@#! Batman Why Are You So Awesome! Well Gothamites here is my review of the unprecedented sequel to Rocksteady’s sleeper hit Arkham Asylum. Batman games in general have gone through phases of being sub-par to just downright atrocious. Yes I have endured many terrible Batman games in my time, but with all the pain comes much glory in Batman: Arkham City. Folks this is the real deal and I feel that this game will certainly... 

I bet that after today there will be a ton of people claiming “I was always a Thor fan, you don’t know what you’re talking about”. Sure dude (side-eye), I get that it’s the cool thing to claim history with new hotness, and Thor is the newest and hottest addition to the Super Hero adaptations to the big screen. Natalie Portman was an absolute cutie, I know, I know she always is but trust me she brings...

EA Sports has been in the boxing game for quite some time now and ever since “Knockout Kings”, they have been trying to perfect the “sweet science”. It wasn’t until the “Fight Night” series that a boxing game came into the limelight on current generation consoles.  After much success EA certainly delivers again this round with Fight Night Champion. I have been debating whether or not to buy a Wii since I kept getting mixed reviews on whether I would like it. Once in a awhile game comes out a bit under the radar and upon experiencing it you feel as if you need to climb to the top of a mountain and shout it’s praises to the world. This is the type of game that Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption is. Amazing does not fairly sum it up and it isn’t because of new game mechanics, over-the-top graphics or genre defining elements. Okay the big day in fighting game history has arrived! After its first inception, Street Fighter 4 left room for skepticism amongst fans of the genre after its initial announcement. Fighters blogged, tweeted, and posted their feelings on what to expect from the fighting game “giant”. Many of us were concerned with the art direction, the fact that it was 3 Dimensional, and quite frankly many thought this game would fail. But... 

So there I was playing the new God of War 3 and the girlfriend walks in on me making a lantern out of the Greek god Helios’s severed head. Let me explain to those of you thinking that I was just simply walking around with his shining head PG-13 style. She walked in on me, playing Kratos, jamming the hell out of the circle button as he pulled (yes pulled) the god’s head off with a super close-up of the poor guy screaming... 

As a passionate lover of the Mass Effect Universe, I will try my best to keep this review short and sweet. Easier said than done but I will do it damn it, so help me! Anyway, Mass Effect 2 takes up where the original Mass Effect left off and sends Commander Shepard into a new adventure with a new crew and a new boss calling the shots. Of all the great enhancements, fixes and changes made to the game engine, graphics and playstyle,...
