One of the best characters to come out of Capcom’s art department has to be Chun-Li the Interpol detective. While Street Fighter is hugely based on stereotypes: The Yoga chanting Hindu shaman (Dhalsim), a privileged white American that is a wannabe Japanese (Ken), and of course the illiterate, black American boxer (Balrog), Chun-Li somehow skipped past the obvious and was regulated to a unique outfit, some giant spiked bangles...
