From BF3Blog: “According to an anonymous report BF3Blog received from inside Valve, the developer/publisher is currently in late-stage talks with EA in bringing Battlefield 3 to the Steam digital distribution service. EA should probably change their name to EE (Evil Empire) given that most of the verbal gaming community hates their guts. I have been relatively neutral about my feelings for the company up until they decided to make a rival for Valve’s Steam on PC in order to become “worldwide leader in digital downloads” according to their President and Sith Lord Frank Gibeau. Portal was one of those quirky games that didn’t have a crazy amount of hype, but it certainly became a cult classic. Alien Swarm has got to be one of the best things going for owners of a Steam Account.
