I remember when I first got into Everquest II and how much I hated having to look for groups to complete the “kill xx number of xx” quest that would gain me the experience jump that solo-killing mobs wouldn’t. It was a harrowing task for a DPS class as was the case of any MMO of that time period. Talk to one of these guys authoring articles to complain about the Star Wars: The Old Republic tool for uniting people into groups... 

One of these days I am going to be able to bring up an MMORPG in conversation and it won’t descend into a discussion on Star Wars Galaxies, Dark Age of Camelot, or Ultima Online.  I really, really wish we could bury these fossils and leave them out of conversation when dealing with newer games on the horizon.
